Congressman Norm Dicks and Senator Maria Cantwell have introduced the Puget Sound Recovery Act of 2008 (H.R.6364 and S.3196), which would establish a distinct office within the EPA to coordinate the expanded efforts to address pollution impacts on Puget Sound.
